Hope Animal Rescue Foster Agreement

Once a foster is approved (application must be submitted, home visit is completed, and Vet check for any current animals), the new foster must acknowledge and sign electronically that have read and understand the terms of fostering with Hope Animal Rescue and want to join the Hope family.

Animals are put into Hope Animal Rescue (HAR) foster care program because HAR does not have a shelter. I understand that some pets may never be adoptable. Before bringing a foster pet into my home, I agree to abide by the final decisions of HAR.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Additional Terms:
RELEASE AND INDEMNITY: Foster parent agrees to release HAR from any and all claims for bodily injury or property damage to foster home and/or members of foster family (human or animal) which may be caused by any foster animal. Foster parent further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HAR, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, lawsuits, and judgments for damages to property or for personal injury brought by any person or entity resulting from foster parentsâ?? fostering, adoption, ownership, or possession of animal, including attorney fees and court costs of any legal action brought against HAR for damages caused by foster animal.
