Animals are put into Hope Animal Rescue (HAR) foster care program because HAR does not have a shelter. I understand that some pets may never be adoptable. Before bringing a foster pet into my home, I agree to abide by the final decisions of HAR.
Additional Terms:

Foster parent further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HAR, its officers, agents, and employees from any and all claims, lawsuits, and judgments for damages to property or for personal injury brought by any person or entity resulting from foster parentsâ?? fostering, adoption, ownership, or possession of animal, including attorney fees and court costs of any legal action brought against HAR for damages caused by foster animal.
* PET CARE TREATMENT: FOSTER PARENT UNDERSTANDS THAT HAR INSISTS UPON PROPER AND HUMANE CARE AND TREATMENT OF ALL PETS. Foster parent expressly agrees to provide humane care and treatment to all pets; to provide pets with proper food, drinkable water, temperature-appropriate shelter and exercise; to ensure that the pets are given regular preventative veterinary care and immediate medical attention by a licensed veterinarian when it becomes ill or injured and directed and approved by HAR; to refrain from using a chain, rope, or cable as a sole means of restraining or confining pets; to refuse to permit the pet to be used for vivisection, experimentation, or laboratory work; to comply with all applicable state, county, and municipal laws in regard to applicable leash laws, and to accept this pet as a household companion and to care for it as such.
